Warm-up:
1/2 push-up and full squat tabata
Skill:
handstands
Workout: AMRAP 20 min
10 swings each side
ladder 1-4 presses each side
ladder 1-4 squats each side
max pull-up
20 floor knee raise
NOTE** ladder the presses and squats as the rounds go up. EX: first round do one of each, second round 2 of each, etc.
