Tabata KB Style

Warm-up with joint mobility,dynamic stretching, goblet squats and pushups.
Workout: tabata 20:10
BW squats X2 sets
Sprawls X2 sets
Box jumps X2 sets
Single arm swings (L 20 sec, R 20 sec)
Thrusters X2 sets
Total time is 5 min. Do 4 rounds.
Be certain to do some hip flexor stretching after the workout. It is very hip flexor intensive.
