Warm-up:
Swing tabata
Skill:
Hanging hollow out drill with weight
Handstand practice
Walk down the wall planks (if your body will allow)
Workout:AMRAP 20 min
Double Press x 5
Double squat x5
Double press to a squat x5
Double snatch X5
1 pistol each side
You can make this a complex and not set the bells down with a pair of lighter bells or go with a pair of heavy bells and set the bells down in between exercises.

Complex Carolyn

Bottom up clean practice,planks on top of kettlebells, floor presses, along with one leg deadlifts with the kettlebell for a warmup. Just practice and dont go to failure on any of the exercises. 15 minute warmup.
The Carolyn Complex:
10-5 reps ladder down
Double KB deadlift
Double KB cleans
Double KB push press

Get three different size weights. Light, medium and heavy. Use the lighter weights for 10 and 9 reps, medium for 8 and 7 reps, heavy weights for 6 and 5 reps.
While doing the push presses, hinge at the hips and push from your heels not from your toes!
